Identified - Dear Valued Customers and Merchants,

We would like to inform you that some customers are currently experiencing an issue where payments are being debited but the screen continues to load with the message “Your payment is being processed”, resulting in orders not being completed successfully.

Our teams are actively troubleshooting this in a dedicated war room to restore normal operations as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and will keep you updated on progress.

Due to a technical issue on our end, we are currently experiencing a service disruption thats preventing customers to login and perform the transactions.
