We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing an issue where customers may get stuck on the Payment Plan page, causing the screen to load indefinitely.

This issue is due to a third-party service outage, and our teams are actively working in a war room to troubleshoot and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Resolved - Dear Valued Merchants and Customers,

We would like to let you know that earlier today we experienced an intermittent service disruption, lasting approximately one hour, that impacted User Login and Down Payment Processing services; the root cause was identified as a global outage of our third-party network provider, Cloudflare, which affected many services worldwide.Our engineering team successfully mitigated the problem by rerouting traffic to an alternate resources and all impacted services have been restored to full operating capacity, so you should now be able to proceed with all transactions without further issue, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
