Today morning, we experienced a technical glitch that caused a partial outage for 15 minutes, starting at approximately 5:40 AM KSA time (GMT+3). This resulted in a temporary dip in our success rate.

Our technical teams promptly investigated and resolved the issue, restoring full functionality.
