Update - Dear Valued Merchants and Customers

We are continuing to experience an intermittent latency issue affecting customers’ ability to view the payment plan page and complete down payments in KSA and UAE.

Our technical team remains engaged in an active war room and is working closely with the third-party service provider to identify the exact root cause and restore normal service.

Further updates will be shared as we make progress toward resolution.

Resolved - Dear valued merchants and customers,

We would like to inform you that earlier this week, we experienced two related issues affecting the checkout experience for some users:

In certain cases, customers were redirected to an error or failure page after completing their payment, even though the payment was successfully processed.

In some transactions, customers were redirected to a cancel URL and merchants initially received a canceled status, even though the payment and order were later confirmed as approved.

Our teams investigated these incidents with high priority, and both issues have now been fully resolved. All systems are functioning normally, and no further impact is expected.
