Dear Merchants

We will be updating our SSL certificate on Friday, April 04th, at 05:00 KSA / 6:00 AM UAE time. The new certificate will be valid until March 10, 2026.

Action Required for Certificate Pinning Users:

Please add the new certificate without deleting the existing one. Contact your Account Manager to obtain the new certificate.Merchants who do not update to our new certificate may experience connectivity issues and failed connections once the old certificate expires.For merchants who do not use certificate pinning, the risk is minimal, and you should not experience any service disruptions.

An SSL certificate is a digital certificate used to establish a secure connection between a server and a client. It verifies the server's identity to prevent attackers from impersonating it.

Identified - Dear Valued Merchants,

We would like to inform you that since 12:30 PM UAE time, we have been experiencing an issue where users in the UAE are unable to complete down payments. Affected users are not being redirected to the checkout step to finalize their payment.

Our team is actively working in a war room, and we have identified the issue. A fix is currently in progress, and we will provide further updates as soon as possible.

We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing an issue from 4:30 PM ( GMT+3) where some in-store merchants are facing difficulties, with customers not receiving OTPs to complete transactions. This issue is impacting the completion of checkout at the in-store level, while online orders are being processed without issues.
