Dear Valued Merchants and Customers,

We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing a payout processing issue due to a temporary disruption at one of our partner banks.

As a result, some payouts scheduled for today may appear as failed on the portal. Please note that this is a processing delay only.

The impacted payouts are being reprocessed and will be credited to the respective merchant accounts by tomorrow morning (7th January 2025).

Our teams are actively monitoring the situation and working closely with the partner bank to ensure smooth completion of all pending payouts. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.
