We would like to inform you that earlier this week, we experienced two related issues affecting the checkout experience for some users:
In certain cases, customers were redirected to an error or failure page after completing their payment, even though the payment was successfully processed.
In some transactions, customers were redirected to a cancel URL and merchants initially received a canceled status, even though the payment and order were later confirmed as approved.
Our teams investigated these incidents with high priority, and both issues have now been fully resolved. All systems are functioning normally, and no further impact is expected.
