We regret to inform you that earlier today, we experienced an issue with SMS delivery that impacted in-store services in the UAE, in-store and online services in KSA, and in-store services in Kuwait.
The outage lasted approximately 45 minutes, from 1:00 AM to 1:45 AM KSA time, due to an issue with our service provider. Our internal team worked closely with them, and the issue has now been fully resolved.
